- Create and update the 1:1 drawings, which are used by the production for the harnesses and based on the clients drawings, databases and BOMs Prepare and manage master data lists
- Administrate all drawings and files which are becoming tools for the production
- Cooperate in the definition of the production methods, production procedures, actions for optimization / increase in efficiency
- Support the production sites
- Prepare and manage master data lists
- Create production plans for modifications and rework
- Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data, in production plans
- Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for product improvement
- Manage customer data/information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects
- Include all change descriptions from the customer and internal product improvements, excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
- Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production technical and economic knowledge
- Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved departments
