Objetive of the job:
- Supplier quality assurance: Assuring the right quality of purchased parts for the plant
- Managing complaints towards suppliers in case of shipments of suspect or NOK parts
- Responsible for all activities within the SQA team
Principle Activities:
- Supplier Complaint Management, quality assurance & supplier development:
- Manage and coordinate the complaint management including clarification problems (quality) with supplier (8D) and evaluation of corrective actions, in cooperation with relevant departments
- Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation
- Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations (e.g. for supplier development, etc.)
- Setting up and maintaining contacts and relations with the supply base mainly in the quality area.
- Coordinate supplier activities to ensure the disposition of non-conforming supplied product is carried out in a timely and effective manner
- Support and organize of containment/external companies
- Monitoring complaint costs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 2 years of experience in quality management
- Knowledge of standard relevant quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP etc)
- Customer and Supplier drawing comprehension (2 years).
