Head of Production Control JIS

1.    Objective of job. 
Supervise the receipt, processing, production and delivery of customer Orders through the various JIS Systems.
Supervise the activities of the department staff, in addition to coordinating activities reinforcing priority tasks, as well
as providing technical knowledge and support to the team.

2.    Principle activities
•    Support the Strategic planning of the department by breaking down (or developing) said planning for the group in the short and medium term.
•    Provide Disciplinary /  technical leadership (orientation, training, etc.) to department associates (e.g. staff scheduling, vacation planning, meetings, etc.), making decisions about these in collaboration with the Human Resources department and the Logistics Manager.
•    Cooperate with the Logistics Manager in planning personnel for the area, employing qualified personnel to Work in it.
•    Cooperate in the action plans / goals agreed with internal suppliers and internal / external clients.
•    Implement broad work Standards, including monitoring of results in cooperation with the Logistics Manager.
•    Develop operational principles of the Organization to ensure logistics operations.
•    Monitor JIS production and order shipping processes in the plant, ensuring JIS deliveries on time, and In quantity of the Series and Pre-Series Orders to our customers, as well as adopting emergency measures in case of major deviations in cooperation with other areas.
•    Maintain and provide accurate, complete and timely Information to other areas according to their competence and requirements.
•    Act as an Interface for Information and technical support between the different areas / departments.
•    Ensuring problem analysis (that is, in customer deliveries, production delays, etc.); also develop actions /
•    suggestions to eliminate / avoid such Problems.
•    Act as representative of the Customer Logistics Interface for the JIS parts,
•    Agree on delivery dates to clients for Service Parts, Pre-Series, special events, etc.
•    Cooperate in Logistics / SCM Projects.
•    Analyze Indicators and derived actions.
•    Participate in launches and Phase-Outs.

3.    Job requirements

Specialist Knowledge / education:  Bachelor's Degree

Speclalized Knowledge In Logistics
