Objective oft he Job

• Assure all MT-relevant functions in a plant

Principle Activities

• Support the strategic planning of the department/unit (Abteilung / Fachbereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
• Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
• Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
• Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
• Administer and assure all functions in the MT division in the plant (e.g. Technology equipment, Technology process, process planning and improvement; Application Technology, etc.) implement actions for deviations as required
• Planning and implementation of relocations (plant-internal, cross-plant)
• Coordinate Creation of process flows for new processes with new technology
• Coordinate Creation of production plans incl. plan time calculation
• Coordinate Execution of standard time checks REFA

Job Requierements

• Bachelor's degree. Industrial, Mechanical or related
• 5 – 7 years of experience on implementations of new projects.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in Engineering department.
