We are looking for a Specialist Human Resources for our plant in Pitesti.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Requests, verifies and prepares the necessary documents for the employment of recruits (personnel file) and pre-selects candidates;
  • Checks application files and makes appropriate recommendations;
  • Performs personal administration activities;
  • Draws up vacancy notices;
  • Manages the orders for the electronic meal ticket card;
  • Distributes to the employees additional documents, decisions, etc., attaches their originals to the "personal file".

 

Requirements:

  • University/college degree in business administration/social sciences or similar education;
  • 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources (recruitment and personnel administration);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Basic English Skills, German language is an advantage;
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills as well as process-oriented thinking.
