Responsibilities:
- Set up, implement and integrate IT infrastructure systems;
- Define the technical overall draft and the design for Windows Endpoints;
- Cooperate in identifying improvement potentials, considering technical developments in the assigned area of responsibility;
- Evaluate and develop proposals to consolidate and optimize existing IT infrastructure systems, including monitoring and planning of technical capacities in the area of responsibility;
- Optimize existing systems, processes and procedures in his/her area of responsibility, considering the end user requirements of the company and the technical feasibility; coordinate the optimization measures with the IT architects;
- Conduct second and third level support for all endpoints; Investigating device, app, and policy issues; Support and if necessary, escalate problems externally to service partners;
- Manage devices from onboarding to retirement; provisioning and configuring new devices, manage OS installations routines; Drivers & Firmware lifecycle management;
- Enroll devices into MDM, create automation installations scripts for applications, third-party patches and Microsoft Updates;
- Ensure all endpoints meet security standards: implement compliance and security policies;
- Monitor the health status of Digital Workplace environment and improve the DEX experience.
Requirements:
- University studies - in technical field;
- Experience in IT – 3-5 years (network, windows server admin, windows clients administration, Microsoft Cloud technologies);
- Strong understanding of Windows 11 OS architecture; Analytical and troubleshooting abilities;
- Knowledge of GPOs, registry, system services, event logs;
- Good documentation habits (runbooks, knowledge base articles);
- Experience with PowerShell automation, ability to automate routine tasks and build reusable scripts/modules;
- Hands-on experience in Software deployment, patch management, configuration management; OS imaging and deployment (OSD); Automation policies and remote troubleshooting;
- Familiarity with driver/firmware updates and hardware lifecycle management;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise deployment and administration;
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune; Device management, Autopilot, configuration profiles, application deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Intermediate knowledge of English – must.
