For our development projects we are looking for team members who face the challenges of the international automotive markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Use your opportunity to become part of the #DRÄXLMAIER team and join us as Plant Controller in Pitesti, starting with a 2 years contract with the possibility of future collaboration.

The position will report directly to the Head of Finance plant.

 

 Responsabilities:

 

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing short-term, medium-term and long-term planning and reporting for costs, services, material and balances, investments;
  • Set up cost center accounting and periodic reporting including annotations, analyses of variance, track measures, make plausibility checks, make recommendations, coordinate with the cost center administrators on costs, services, investments, materials and balances;
  • Compile and analyze KPI’s and hourly and overtime rates (factors) and derive recommendations for action;
  • Participate in implementing material controlling, particularly additional consumption and scrapping;
  • Analyze and identify problems related to overconsumption: top materials with large consumption deviations, group materials with high consumption deviations (based on information from Cockpit, MES, HOST, SAP);
  • Monitoring the application of measures to reduce consumption exceedances and compliance with the target for consumption (total materials, material groups, scrap, reorders);
  • Participate in implementing series and non-series inventory Controlling;
  • Participate in analyzing and introducing measures to improve the quality of basic data (bill of materials, production schedule, duration of depreciation, allocation of assets, etc.).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or related field with minimum 3 years experience in Controlling;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP;
  • Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently, with commitment to integrity, internal controls and data privacy;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities correctly, proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working combined with economic thinking and action;
  • A good team player as well as a process-oriented  person with a high level of flexibility.
