In order to support our Regional IT Center we are looking for a Linux System Administrator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Responsibilities:
- Act as internal and external contact person within his/her own area of expertise (Linux and VMware);
- Conduct focused conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise.
- Participate in project and offers support regarding Linux and VMware infrastructure
- Create internal publications and present as required (internally);
- Recognize general need for continuing education in his/her own field within the company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries;
- Provide support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise;
- Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action;
Requirements:
- University studies - in technical field;
- 3-5 years experience in IT (Linux /VMware);
- Excellent Linux skills (RHEL/OEL);
- Good VMware knowledge (vCenter);
- Excellent automation skills (Ansible, different API );
- Good knowledge on network infrastructure, firewall and TCP IP stack; Good understanding of the application layer;
- Intermediate knowledge of English – must;
- Strong ability to work in team and interacting with other teams;
- Proactive, Self-motivated, Open minded, Positive and multicultural oriented;
- Skills and availability for realizing individual projects.
