We are looking for a Head of Human Resources Management for our plant in Pitesti.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management and general coordination of human resources management activities of the plant; 
  • Organizes, guides and coordinates the activities of the local human resources team; 
  • Develops and monitors the implementation of the company's human resources strategy and working procedures and integrates them into the company's overall strategy;
  • Supervises compliance with the salary catalogue;
  • Represents the company in relations with ITM, AJOFM, social security and health insurance, pension fund, county statistical office and other authorities related to personnel activity;
  • Coordinates recruitment and selection activities, orientation and integration of new employees, performance evaluation and motivation.

 

Requirements:

  • University/college degree in business administration/social sciences;
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years professional experience in a similar role in a producing company;                                          
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
  • Good fluent English Skills, German language is an advantage;
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills as well as process-oriented thinking.
