Join our #DRÄXLMAIER team as a Facility Manager.
Tasks:
- Leading professional and disciplinary subordinate collaborators and making personnel-related decisions in consultation with the HR department and direct leader;
- Planning, coordination and implementation of all maintenance and repair measures, of all buildings, technical installations inside and outside buildings and related real estate;
- Ensures the security of the company;
- Responsible for monitoring, recording and analyzing data on energy consumption and other utilities in order to optimize them;
- Responsible for the initiation and implementation of cost reduction projects;
- Manages the full budgeting process within the area of responsibility, from establishing the budget to ensuring its effective execution;
- Works closely with central teams and provides regular reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with company-wide guidelines.
Profile:
- University Degree in a technical field;
- Between 3 to 5 year of experience in a similar position;
- Previous experience in the automotive industry represents a strong asset;
- PSI technical framework course is an advantage;
- Knowledge of building construction;
- Good knowledge of English is a must, German is an advantage;
- The role requires a highly autonomous individual, capable of working independently and taking initiative in day‑to‑day tasks;
- Leadership, communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
