For our development projects we are looking for team members who face the challenges of the international automotive markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.





  • Coordinate scheduling and deliveries of prototype wirings to customers;
  • Participate in the development of R&D projects - concepts, skills and technologies for the production of prototypes;
  • Interface between final customers and prototype shops;
  • Checking with all involved Draexlmaier departments if the final delivery times can be reached;
  • If the delivery terms cannot be reached escalate to the superior;
  • Coordinate the scheduling of prototypes in production;
  • Permanent monitoring of the internal/external orders thru comparison of the delivery terms and status of production;
  • Create of diverse analysis/reports for customers or Prototype shop about deliveries;
  • Training of new colleagues about order management process;
  • Participation to the process analysis, solving of problems in the department together with superior;
  • Write the delivery notes;
  • Evaluate, prepare and compare documents (LAB data versus orders);
  • Business trips between Draexlmaier locations in Romania and abroad.





  • Bachelor Degree in a technical field;
  • Very good communication skills in English; German language is an asset;
  • +2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment;
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
  • Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated.
