Analyst Logistics Processes and Systems

We are looking for an Analyst  Logistics Processes and Systems

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supports intern IT systems( MES, Delivery Warehouse and Order Manager)  and act as a contact person;
  • Receives and handles inquiries/problems/ system errors; (e.g.  telephone support, system providing, etc.);
  • Evaluates data upon request;
  • Inputs and manages master data in IT systems (e.g. MES, Delivery Warehouse and Order Manager etc.);
  • Creates reports on request (e.g. evaluations, statistics, etc.); Creates and manages documentation for the supported system according to guidelines;
  • Conduct ‘black-box’, functional tests for the supported DSN system/ software application;
  • Travels to other DRX Locations inland and abroad if necessary.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Academic degree or last year of study in IT, Engineering, Economics or equivalent 2 - 3 years of experience in the related field (Logistics/IT/Engineering etc.);
  • Vocational/technical training usually acquired through several years of experience on the job;
  • Good spoken English or German language (fluent);
  • Basic IT knowledge; (Oracle SQL would be an advantage);
  • Willingness to learn, Problem-solving, Ability to analyze, Overall / Process-oriented thinking, Communications skills;  
  • Availability to travel in Romania and abroad.
