Advance Engineer for Welding processes

We are looking for an Advance Engineer for Welding processes- Electric segment for our Global Mobile Team. You can be located in either of our plants in Romania, Moldova or Macedonia.
You will be involved in an international projects and process deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Start equipment and adjust machine control systems correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and generate the appropriate documentation;
- Determine causes of defects/ failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems;
- Install very complex technical equipment (e.g. equipment, machinery, devices, etc.) Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them;
- Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications;
- Check the process window, under consideration of the design specifications;
- Create extensive work instructions (e.g. for production associates, etc.).
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field, knowledge of specialized methods, techniques, and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge;
- Experience with one of the following processes: Metal welding (copper or aluminum);
- Good English skills mandatory;
- Additional knowledge that can be a plus: FMEA knowledge, Root-cause analyzes (Ishikawa, 5Why), REFA/MTM basic training;
- Willingness to travel globally on a regular bases (30-70% of the working time);
- Good communication and customer orientation skills, problem solving, analytical skills and goal orientation.
