Objective

Manage a medium-sized, well-defined organizational unit with generally homogenous functions/ Manage a small, well defined organizational unit with generally varied functions

 

Principle Activities

  • Support the strategic planning of the change management process series support and system in the region specifically within the our department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
  • Plan and administer the change management and series support budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
  • Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the change management team and series support team that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
  • Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
  • Cooperate in customer communication and caoch and give advice and guidance and support to the team in the national and international environment, in order to increase customer satisfaction and internal requirements
  • Assure continuous improvement of the change management process.
  • Assure the product change menagement process is assurred and iplemented in all car lines
  • Cooperate in developing sales strategies and goals in the assigned segment for the customer group to be supported; implement measures developed to achieve and expand sales, turnover and earnings goals
  • Act as general interface to other departments on change management respopnisbilities  
  • Manage, administer, further develop and train on sales tools and reporting (e.g. in agreement with the executive management and sales unit, etc.)
  • Further develop KPI reporting systems  visibility and and guidance for all change managers in Region
  • Develop training plans for change management fucntion

 

Job Requirements

 Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience (Automotive Industry Preferred)
