Quality Resident Engineer (m/w/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Represent DRÄXLMAIER as the key quality contact at the customer site.
• Analyze quality issues and coordinate activities leading to effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate closely with customers, production plants, and project teams.
• Monitor product quality and initiate continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in quality meetings and present results, analyses, and recommendations.
• Support root cause analyses and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation according to customer requirements.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of quality standards within the organization.

You Are a Great Fit If You

• Have experience in Quality Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Enjoy analyzing problems and driving solutions through to completion.
• Communicate confidently with customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Work independently and have strong organizational skills.
• Take ownership and are comfortable making decisions.
• Are willing to travel occasionally for business purposes (approximately 3-4 trips per year), mainly to Tunisia and potentially to other DRÄXLMAIER locations such as Serbia, Hungary, or Poland.
• Are fluent in Czech and can communicate in English or German (B1/B2).
• Are motivated to grow in an international environment.
