We are building a Technical Engineering Center in Mladá Boleslav, focused on projects for a leading automotive OEM in the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to shape structures, processes, and team development from the ground up — with a real impact on how we work.


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and optimization of electrical wiring harnesses from concept phase through to series production
  • Analyze design data and ensure compliance with OEM standards and customer requirements
  • Drive and implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO), including impact assessment on product and production
  • Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical and CAD documentation
  • Perform technical calculations (e.g. wire cross-sections, load calculations, fuse sizing)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, suppliers, and customer representatives
  • Contribute to defining technical solutions and engineering standards

 

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in Czech and German or English sufficient for work‑related communication (minimum B2 level) .
  • Experience as a designer or similar position.
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering, automotive, mechatronics or a related field
  • Solid understanding of OEM standards and product development processes
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment and build positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities – prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting, adapting to changes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in technical documentation.
