We are building a technical engineering center in Mladá Boleslav, focused on projects for a leading automotive OEM in the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to shape structures, processes, and team development from the ground up — with a real impact on how we work.


Your responsibilities:

  • Independently design and optimize electrical wiring harnesses (3D) in development and series projects
  • Implement engineering changes in line with OEM standards, including impact analysis on product and production
  • Create, review, and maintain high-quality CAD documentation
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, suppliers, and OEM representatives
  • Take ownership of specific harness systems or modules within the project scope
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, driving knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Identify and drive design and process improvements

 

Our expectations:

  • Proficiency in Czech and German or English sufficient for work‑related communication (minimum B2 level).
  • Several years of experience in automotive wiring harness design
  • Strong knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. CATIA V5 or similar) in an automotive environment
  • Familiarity with OEM standards and product development processes
  • Technical degree (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive, or similar)
  • Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with customers
  • High level of ownership, structured working style, and attention to detail
