Production Control JIS

Objective of job.  
Assure the receiving, processing, production and delivery of customer orders through AVAS system, control reports and process monitoring, as well as manage structural groups and modules in AVAS MasterData. 
 
Principle activities 
•Receive, process, modify and transmit JIS and special orders and related information. 
•Management of AVAS system processes. 
•Monitoring JIS production processes, shipments and delivery of orders. 
•Manage parts changes and structural groups in AVAS MasterData. 
•Coordinate production of orders with the areas involved. 
•Maintain and provide accurate, complete and timely information to other areas according to their competence and requirements. 
•Act as information interface and technical support between JIS Control and Areas / Departments. 
•Agree on delivery dates to customer (service parts, preseries, test orders, etc.). 
•Cooperate/coordinate to assure the delivery on date to the customer. 
•Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks/delays. 
•Cooperate in Logistics/SCM projects. 

Education:
