Job objective
Manage the human resources of a large, well-defined organizational unit with homogeneous functions; ensure a compliant personnel management system.
Main activities
- Cooperate in human resources programs and processes, providing appropriate expertise (for example, in knowledge of methods, processes, etc.), especially at the local or national level.
- Define guidelines for local or national implementation of human resources programs.
- Design and develop personnel control methods and instruments for the analysis and presentation of the necessary information.
- Create staff reports (for example, staff contingencies, reserves, etc.)
- Establish and develop personnel cost planning through SAP; Cooperate in automatically reserving planned costs for staff for data supply as a planning tool for controlling areas.
- Implement and monitor the policies and procedures related to Human Resources management determined by the corporate.
Job requirements
- Education - Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience - 5 to 7 years of: Automotive or manufacturing industry, Human Resources management, Labor laws, Administration of remuneration and benefits, Training/Recruitment/Labor Relations Administration.
- Languages - Spanish (Bussiness level), English (Bussiness level).
