Employee Partnering / Payroll

Job objective

• The Employee Partner is responsible for maintaining and improving employee relations on-site at the assigned locations. The Employee Partner is the face-to-face contact person for employees, supports them in resolving individual issues, such as complaints and wellbeing matters, and ensures transparent communication between management and workforce.

Main activities

• Support employees (especially direct employees on-site in the plant) in the event of concerns, e.g. frequent and long term absence, grievances, investigations, etc.
• Monitor absenteeism and fluctuation indicators.
• Make timely salary and wage payments for the specified payroll group.
• Manage master data and support the SAP-ESS module.
• Advise employees in individual (non-transactional) matters based on policies, guidelines and (legal) regulations
• Review and resolve complex individual (non-transactional) employee matters, cooperate with and coordinate between internal (e.g. Leadership Partner, CoEs, legal department) and external stakeholders (e.g. company health care provider), taking into account relevant legal and corporate guidelines.

Job requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent).
• Languages: Native spanish, intermediate english.
• Experiencie and technical knowledge: Human Resources, Payroll, SAP, labor legislation and legal framework, social benefits (IMSS, INFONATIT, FONACOT), file management, absenteeism and fluctiation indicators, compensations (2 years minimum).
