Change Management

Objective of job. 
•    Coordination and implementation of engineering changes in the electrical systems accomplishing the procedures defined by the organization in the Americas Region  

Principle activities
•    Coordination of implementation of changes considering requested date by customer and manufacturability, optimum cost, avoiding production interruptions at Draexlmaier and customer.
•    Cooperate in planning the type and amount of equipment and in coordinating the design form and its approval
•    Control production cost and consumption inside cost limits agreed with plant director
•    Coordinate and specify relevant planning parameters with the departments/within the teams
•    Coordinate relevant planning parameters with departments
•    Review release data; cooperate in determining the testing and approval scope
•    Determine suggestions for production-compliant design of parts, and make design changes as required (e.g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, production processes, etc.)
•    Coordinate drawing contents with the department, taking into account a production- and installation-ready form; make changes as required
•    Integrate, monitor and analyze production tests
•    Display and check improvement potential in production and to the product; implement suggestions per approval.
•    Participation and responsible to give feedback in Änderungsrunde meeting and in corresponding system to be used (CMH/ AEMliste).
•    Coordination of technical meetings (checklist meeting).
•    Responsible to open, follow up and close checklist of changes on time
•    Responsible to open, follow and close on time and manner cost tracker requested 
•    Responsible to follow up and close log-sheet created during pre-series phases in coordination with pre-series responsible
•    Responsible of coordination of immediate changes, reworks inside organization.
•    Responsible of coordination of changes in components in coordination with areas involved inside the organization.
•    Responsible to create, follow and close deviations in product/process and notify all involved areas.
•    Support in the introduction of new technologies inside the region and work in collaboration with departments involved.
•    Technical orientation/training of associates
•    Participation during development of new projects

Job requirements
Specialist Knowledge / education: Bachelor's Degree

Area / Main subject:                                         
•    Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
•    Different situations with several possible solutions, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes
