Objective of job:
Further development and ensuring the implementation of financial processes and/or instruments at the site addition (throughout the whole group): Participation in the establishment, further development and maintenance of finance processes and/or instruments, establishment of standards, definition, development, maintenance and administration of master data and systems job.
Principle activities:
- Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action.
- Conduct mainly conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise.
- Creation of management analyses and commenting in the area of responsibility.
- Implementation of standard analysis and ad-hoc analyses at the site.
- Contemporary and consistent creation/ monitoring of site parameters and KPIs (especially CAPEX local assets, material consumption, material on stock, inventories, site forecast, site planning, value stream
- Identify cost/ performance GAP regarding operational costs, MEA, inventory and CAPEX monitor, trigger and evaluate improvement measures and ensure implementation through tracking
- Perform opportunities & risk management for the area of responsibility.
- Act as economic business partner in the area of responsibility (e.g. sites).
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance.
- Two or three years of work experience in the economic field.
- Good Technical Knowledge in Work Moderation, SAP FI/CO, DDC Operations, AFO and SAP FI/ DRX T-Code.
- English 3 Advanced Level.
