Material Planning & Control

Principal activities:

• Implement improvements across all supply chains
• Create and negotiate logistical agreements (DRX plants) in coordination with the involved units, according to instructions
• Agree on delivery dates with suppliers.
• Agree on start-up and end planning for especial material or in change revision.
• Coordinate actions to avoid affection in the production lines.
• Cooperate in Logistics/projects
• Analyze indicators and derive actions
• Control the logistical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account.
• Monitor inventory levels over several DRX plants, taking into consideration production supply and the level of the warehouse.
• Place orders for suppliers /materials in a efficient way.
