Material Control

Objective of job:

Responsible for the material planning of Electric Segment. Including the inventory control for raw materials assuring the supply of production lines considering the premises and KPI´S asigned to this area. Across all supply chains.

Principle activities:

• Create and negotiate logistical agreements (DRX plants) in coordination with the involved units, according to instructions
• Agree on delivery dates with suppliers.
• Agree on start-up and end planning for especial material or in change revision.
• Control the logistical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account.
• Monitor inventory levels over several DRX plants, taking into consideration production supply and the level of the warehouse.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Adminitration or careers related. 
• 3-5 years of work experience in logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Control Processes in the Autmotive industry. 
• Extensive knowledge in participating in coordination activities between different departments/areas.
• Implementation of various tasks that require good knowledge of process and / or completely cover the processes of the department and / or the full range of the production process and / or complete products. 
• Good technical knowledge in product integrity, specific customer requirements, statistical tools and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong technical knowledge in host system, demand viewer and time management.
•  Advanced English level.
