Objective of job:
Administration of documents directly related to the process and proposes improvements in actions to improve the quality of the product.
Principle activities:
- Administer and update the AMEF/PLP according to what has been processed in the plant and at each phase (new process flow, new component, new equipment, quality complaints, and/or optimizations).
- Direct and organize internal meetings for the optimization of AMEF/PLP with the involved departments (production, training, logistics, quality, change coordination, equipment, and other engineering departments).
- Support in the revision of WI changes that have an impact on the plant in coordination with the WI coordinator of the region.
- Responsible for managing AMEF/PLP documents from the SOP phase to the EOP (process, new materials, equipment).
- Responsible for sending evidence of AMEF/PLP for each revision change.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 of work experience in Product-process engineering, Automotive industry or manufacturing and Quality.
- Technical Knowledge in Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, harness process and manufacturing techniques.
- Technical Knowledge in Quality DRX system administration and IQ-FMEA.
- English Intermediate Level.
