Objective of job:
Coordination and implementation of engineering changes in the electrical systems accomplishing the procedures defined by the organization in the Americas Region.
Principle activities:
- Coordination of implementation of changes considering requested date by customer and manufacturability, optimum cost, avoiding production interruptions at Draexlmaier and customer.
- Coordinate relevant planning parameters with departments.
- Review release data; cooperate in determining the testing and approval scope.
- Determine suggestions for production-compliant design of parts, and make design changes as required (e.g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, production processes, etc.).
- Coordinate drawing contents with the department, taking into account a production- and installation-ready form; make changes as required.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Three or two years of work experience in product-process engineering and automotive industry or manufacturing.
- Good Technical Knowledge in Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, specific customer requirements and Knowledge in change management process.
- Advanced English Level.
- Technical Knowledge in HED-HRP and CMH.
