Quality Specialist - Operations (19275)

Objective of job

  • Assure all of quality functions in plant based on the standards and procedures of DRX to comply customer.

  • Assure the implementation of continuous idea system on the plant

Principal Activities

  • Coordinate the tasks and responsibilities in order to meet the objectives of Quality department.

  • Develop Quality methods to evaluation, training on quality for new hiring personnel

  • Monitoring the control plant process that needs to be aligned to the PFMEA and process flow.

  • Participate in the analysis of complex cross-functional issues with respect to quality, and ensure to use of proper problem solving tools (8D's, Q. Wheel, etc.) according to DRX and customer guidelines. Read Across system should be assured to avoid repetitive defects.

  • Ensure the correct application of DPM process 11.11 (Quality Conformity Assurance) and provide feedback for preventive and improvement system to Quality Central Functions as necessary.

  • Support and ensure to customer representative with regards to the definition of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support and ensure to customer representative with regards to the determination of special characteristics in coordination with the respective project development functions.

  • Support and follow the External / Internal Audits, including the quality tracking actions as required.

  • Support the strategic planning of the plant quality organization by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the respective department within a short- to medium timeframe.

  • Support into the plan and administration budget for the department based on the strategic and operative goals of the quality organization.

  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the directed associates and supervise activities of direct reports.

  • Manages and prioritizes activities based on organization needs.     

  •  Assure all procedures for his/her area met the guidelines of  Dräxlmaier Management System and Quality standar  IATF16949  y  VDA6.3.

  • Coordinate all the activities and programs for continuous Ideas system, assuring the improvement for the plan.

Specialized Experience/Education

  • Bachelor Degree - Industrial Engineering or similiar subject

  • 2-3 years Interior manufacturing

  • 2-3 years personnel management

  • 3-5 years automotive industry

  • 2-3 year quality engineer
