Objective of job:
- Utilize Quality experience and knowledge to execute the Quality Planners deliverables.
Principle activities:
- Planning and Execution of all quality related deliverables (i.e. QSYS, Control Plan, Appearance Manual, End Item Dimensional Reviews, End Item GR&R, Product Safety related traceability in place, AAR, etc).
- Support for the definition of the target product quality, in collaboration with internal & external groups, in consultation with the FPL-Q.
- Support the development of test equipment concepts and specifications.
- Participation in the discussion of test concepts within the project team and support of the implementation of test concept evaluation at plant level.
- Support the implementation of test and measurement equipment modifications driven by design in consultation with the FPL-Q.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of preventative quality assurance measures such as risk filters, FMEA's etc….
- Participate in the development of control plan content in accordance with "control plan responsibilities interior".
- Assure verification of end item content in accordance with documentation provided by product and process development sub-teams.
- Participate in the development and realization of evaluation concepts that encompass all aspects of a parts manufacturing cycle to ensure a straightforward evaluation of internally manufactured components throughout the development cycle and in consideration of series level readiness (quality concept, inspection plan overview, QSYS inspection plans).
- Ensure dimensional verification of end items by way of coordination with Logistics, production, and quality organizations during scheduled build (i.e., pruefcubing, match builds etc…) and ISIR/PPAP submission phases.
- Ensure measurement results during build and ISIR/PPAP submission phases are translated into formats required to drive corrective action by pertinent project sub-teams.
- Participate in product maturity reviews by providing the FPL-Q with data about quality issues experienced during project phases.
- Coordinate with project and operations resources to assure evaluation of supply volumes delivered through Gate V per the SEP.
- Support FPL-Q with ISIR/PPAP submission activities.
- Support project teams through process series release and through ramp-up phase.
- Participation and support for internal / external project meetings, process series, & Run@Rate.
Pay range: $85,000 - $100,000

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of equivalent experience required
- Advanced computer skills
- 3 to 5 years in development quality roles
- Knowledge of advanced quality planning
- Knowledge od SEP
- Knowledge of logistical structures and systems
- Knowledge of Quality Methodologies
