Objective of job:
- To provide support to ensure customer satisfaction through the facilitation of the complaint management processes for internal and external customers, tracking and managing improvement projects which helps the position of the company and tracking and reporting external cost incurred as a result of nonconformance.
Principal Activities:
- Supports process adherence to complaint management processes and KPI's for the plant for all customers (tracking, monitoring, and escalating complaint status)
- Ensures the timely and accurate response to internal and external claims
- Creates and reports KPI's for Quality Operations
- Provides support to various processes within Plant Quality department (such as initiating purchase orders, data archival, RFQ's, ACN's, PBDA's, etc.)
- Ensures that the procedures of the area follow the guidelines of the Draexlmaier Management System quality standards IATF16949 and VDA6.3
- Supports target achievement at individual, department, plant, and global level
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience in Injection Molding quality perferred
