Objective of job:


  • To provide support to ensure customer satisfaction through; the facilitation of the complaint management processes for internal and external customers, tracking and managing improvement projects which helps the position of the company and tracking and reporting external costs incured as a result of nonconformance. This position also may serve as the primary point of contact for various internal and external customers.


Principal Activities:


  • Supports process adherence to complaint management processes and KPI's for the plant for all customers (tracking, monitoring, and escalating complaint status)
  • Responsible for administration of complaint management processes in QSYS including opening and closing complaints for internal/external complaints.
  • Ensures the timely and accurate response to internal and external claims
  • Supports in the problem analysis and corrective action process through the use of problem solving tools (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa, etc) for quality failures.
  • Tracks the creation and implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely closure of assigned measures.
  • Collects and organizes all relevant information required to open/close QSYS complaints including necessary problem solving documentation and ensuring all costs are captured and documented
  • Manage LOP for open topics within complaint management and customer charge backs
  • Creates and reports KPI's for Quality Operations
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting the extrernal failure costs and ensure timely disposition of complaint costs.
  • Provides support to various processes within Plant Quality department (such as initiating purchase orders, data archival, RFQ's, ACN's, PBDA's, etc.)
  • Supports in creation, definition, and implementation of guidelines, processes and systems for Plant Quality Department
  • Ensures that the procedures of the area follow the guidelines of the Dräxlmaier Management System quality standards IATF16949 and VDA6.3
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and/or products and actively participates in implementation of corrective actions to achieve improvements where applicable
  • Supports target achievement at individual, department, plant, and global level
  • Performs any other tasks or assignments not listed within this job description as deemed necessary for the department/company as requested by the management


Job Requirements:
