Production Supervisor C shift (57726)

Objective of Job:

• Establish ownership of the process through effective comunication / implentation of PDI goals and objectives with a focus on personnel planning, production planning, quality, sfaety, 5S budget control, and continuous improvement. Emphasis placed on performance attaining all measurale and deliverables with respect to labor efficiency, scrap reduction, PPM, First Time Yield, OEE, Utilization and Safety.

Principle Activities:

• Plan associate headcount per daily production requirements, while ensuring all associates are properly trained to perform required job function.
• Material availability: expedites support materials and parts needed to workstations whenever necessary by preparing material requisition sheets or purchase requisitions.
• Provides motivation and assistance as appropriate to production associates.
• Responsible for meeting production deliverables and making adjustments as needed by monitoring OEE Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annually; reporting results and taking corrective action to improve if necessary.
• Ensure all departmental budgets meet PDI goals and objectives and take corrective action when there are non-conformances.
•  Coordinate and or support Continuous Improvement efforts while implementing lean manufacturing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years Manufacturing Leadership Experience.
