Objective of Job:
Planning and Scheduling tasks for in/out sourcing Services and all resources necessary for the facility maintenance based on the plans procedures, codes and other techniques applicable, with the objective of achieving the goals of the department.
Principle Activities:
- Plan and schedule the tasks related to inspections, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance, including
labor force, materials, spare parts, expendables and equipment required.
- Manages all data, Key Performance factors and creates necessary tools to monitor and improve the facilities
processes and computerized maintenance management System (CMMS).
- Is responsible for Key Performance factors and presentation monthly in a timely manner.
- Be able to work with all FM and S functions to ensure CMMS is up to date with latest version.
- Manage all work order request through request email box and train others how to properly send request: improve
as needed.
- Responsible to manage and ensure the maintenance work order process and documentation.
- Prepares and delivers the reports based on metrics and other indicators applicable for the Maintenance Plans
and Processes, which help to conduct the right decision in improving the performance and reliability of the
department.
- Analyzes work order data and other documentation to initiate necessary repairs, place RFQ for materials needed,
and improvements in communication the FM Supervisor and team.
- Ensures creation and implementation of new procedures to include new items, new facilities and revisions into
the maintenance administrative process and CMMS.
- Assist facilities tech lead, supervisor and Head of FM to effectively schedule technicians and resources.
- Obtain quotation through vendors and approval through DAA RFQ System.
- Place ESS request (purchase Orders) for materials, equipment, and spare parts associated with the MRO
sourcing, related to the supply of warehouses, parts needed, and inventory control
- Assist the maintenance warehouse responsible to audit, control and update the data base of all materials,
equipment and spare parts needed.
- Responsible to maintain and manage all historical records of the maintenance performance records, all
inspections, PM, and ensure all records and in correct folder location electronically.
- Take part in all audits and provide information as requested.
- Assists to coordinate work for both internal and external resources.
- Coordinate with supervisor and tech leads to make decisions on needs to support work functions and
scheduling of resources.
- Acts as a backup to support FM Functions and operations when FM Supervisor is not available
