Operations 5 - Qual - Supplier QA Tech C (65199)

Objective of Job

Assure purchased parts in the plant as well as the complaint management in case of deviations from specifications. 

Principal Activities

• Manage complaints (e.g. to suppliers, etc.) and coordinate relevant activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.) including problem analysis, blocking procedures and defect correction processes.
• Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation. 
• Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations. (e.g. for supplier development, etc.)
• Support and advise external sorting and rework companies.
• Develop and improve activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.), based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements.
