Operations 4 - Production - Tech Lead CA - MY(45821)

Objective of Job

• Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production in coordination with the disciplinary manager. 
• Support the supervisor in order to guarantee the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.

Principle Activities

• Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area.
• Provide recommendations to Supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
• Supports Company policies and procedures and ensures they are followed.
• Identity quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with production team.
• Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory.
• Proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation.
• Ensure hourly production targets are met for assigned line/area.

Other duties:

• Active participation in all company activities and programs (Quality, Ideas for Improvement, Training, Human Resources, Security, Environmental Health and Safety, etc.) which apply according to the proper activities of the position.
• Execution of above-mentioned activities and additional activities as requested or needed.
• Assembly processing and/or manual production of parts/components in production.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School  Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing Experience 3-5 years.
• Train the Trainer, Preferred.

pay range: $32.60 -$34.60
