Operations 4 - Production - Tech Lead CA (62610)

Objective of Job: 

• Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production in coordination with the disciplinary manager.  Support the supervisor in order to guarantee the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.

Principle Activities: 

• Ensure technical training and training documentation is properly completed and submitted.
• Act as a contact person for operational employees and relevant interfaces within the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area.
• Support the disciplinary manager in improving work processes.
• Provide recommendations to Supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO/CA Vac and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.

Job Requirements:

Pay Range:

$34.76- $36.82
