MAINTENAINCE TEAM LEADER – C SHIFT

 

 

Main Objective of Job

  • Facilitate and conduct tasks for in/out sourcing services and all resources necessary (material and labor) for the facility maintenance based on the plans, procedures, codes and other techniques applicable; with the objective of achieving the goals of the department by operating the administrative system and software management applicable.

 

 

Principal Activities

  • Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check documentation for completeness.
  • Coordinate associates (ie. personnel scheduling, etc) and equipment scheduling.
  • Install complex equipment and check (ie mechanically, electrically, etc.) for correct function; adjust and/or rework as required.
  • Determine part requirements, provide parts and request part procurement.
  • Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in sometimes complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required.
  • Conduct difficult maintenance and repair tasks on complex technical equipment (ie. fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.)
  • Conduct the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment (ie. toos, machinery, instruments, etc.)
  • Recognize and eliminate weak areas; cooperate in developing suggestions for eliminating weak areas.
  • Eliminate breakdowns in facility equipment.
  • Follow up and coordinate activities for efficient energy usage, lighting system, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems.
  • Participate in the development of work instructions and procedures for facility maintenance activities.
  • To develop and deliver on-time field reports to supervisor

 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree without professional experience (graduate) or experience up to 2 years
  • School-leaving certificate (A-levels) and commercial/technical vocational training
  • 3-4 years of professional experience or non-specific academic secondary school
  • 3-4 years of professional experience.
  • Extensive and comparable equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years Technician Supervision
  • 2 years minimum Building Occupational Safety
  • 3-5 years Industrial Facilities operator
  • Operation of electronic measuring tools and machinery
  • Codes and standards applicable to installations
  • Facility management
  • CMMS computerized maintenance management software
  • Automotive industry VDA6,3, ISO, 14001, ISO TS, customer requirements
  • Core tools
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong Communication and conflict management skills
  • Strong ability to work both independently and with teams
  • Strong Analytical, problem solving mindset
