Objective of Job
To ensure the smooth operation of production equipment on a daily basis by administrating preventive maintenance / calibration plans. Plan & audit preventive and predictive maintenance.
Principal Activities
- Assign notification to existing planned maintenance orders. Plan & audit maintenance projects.
- Ensure any additional work is properly planned for maintenance projects.
- Collect, compile, and check data for predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Create maintenance / calibration plans for equipment / tools.
- Plan daily/weekly maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, project) with available resources.
- Evaluate & audit spare parts list provided by equipment/tooling suppliers. Implement ABC system together with toolcrib tech for proper spare parts acquisition based on warehouse stats.
- Periodically review and update preventive maintenance plans of existing equipment based on performance and historical data.
- Request quotes, purchase, or set-up spare/wear parts when needed.
- Procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Plan and manage non-stock material usage.
- Plan refurbishment order and task lists, perform refurbishment of spare parts and tools.
- Management and updating of plant equipment layout,
- Responsible for possible management modifications within Optimain System.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics or work equivalency in maintenance field
- Automotive Manufacturing with 1-2 years experience
- Familiar with TS16949 standards for 1-2 years
- Strong technical knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Microsoft office suite - intermediate level
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced level of verbal and written English skills

Salary Range: $73,000 - $95,000
