Objective of Job
- This position is responsible for staffing exempt and non-exempt positions in the CA facilities. Also responsible for providing comprehensive support in the areas of payroll, benefits, training and general HR.
Principal Activities
- Conducts the full life cycle recruiting activities of open positions assigned by manager
- Decides on methods for recruiting
- Makes job offers to potential candidates with approval from Head of Recruiting
- Process FWF employees conversions to DAA non-exempt positions
- Responsible for applicant tracking database entries and administration
- Enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal Employment Laws
- Assist in developing and facilitating new employee Orientation sessions
- Manage to Key Performance Indicators as outlined for position
- Provide other Human Resource based Services as needed, such as answering benefits, payroll & timekeeping questions
- Cooperate in projects and coordinate HR projects at the direction of the HR Manager
- Coordinate and plan Company sponsored employee recognition and appreciation events
- Demonstrate personal flexibility in approach and ideas, responds positively and supports changes in procedures, process, technology, responsibility, and assignments
- Organizes and prioritizes work assignments to complete assignments/tasks on time, with quality, and has the ability to anticipate problem areas in advance
Job Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business or work equivalency
- Experience in a fast paced environment for 1-2 years
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CA labor and employment law
- Experience with ADP and SAP Success Factors preferred

Pay Range: $73,000-$95,000
