Tool Engineering Project Mgmt

Objective of the position 
•    Lead and coordinate of projects to procure equipment for production, prototypes and/or checking participate in several C or B projects planning, specifications, tracking und order management for procuring injection molds under considering of theeconomics (internal/external) for the DRX internal production.

Principal activities
1.    Creating of project plan/conception and to assure (f.e. resources planning; time schedule; cost planning a.s.o.) in cooperation with the specialist- and/or main project leader or with the technical department; f.e. implement actions, if not in goal
2.    Contribute and support at risk analysis
3.    Creating of suggestions regarding of the project organization; choosing of right colleagues in cooperation with the team leader and define of orders, rules and interfaces
4.    Acting as interface between involved internal/external positions (f.e. main project leader, technical project leader, sub project leader, customer, supplier, technical departments…..)
5.    Contribute and guarantee of the provided project goals/numbers.

Requirements:
•    Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
•    Education: Technical studies (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) or comparable, well- grounded technical occupations; proven competence in the corresponding area (e.g. electrical, interior, tool design, injection molding, etc.)
•    Language: English, 3 Advanced Level
 •    Relevant experience: Experience or knowledge in automotive industry product development, components and/or tool design, Knowledge of DRX product development and production processes, DPM Process 9,14, PLM
•    Technical knowledge: Norm IATF 16949, ISO14001/ISO 45001, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, PLM, DPM Process 9,14, IM Tool Design
