Objective of the position
       Plan and realize production processes for existing and new products.

 

Principal activities

  1. Conduct analyses for optimization (e.g. value stream analyses, etc.).
  2. Provide training on simple methods (e.g. planning methods, etc.) in the outside plants.
  3. Plan and realize production processes for existing and new products, using knowledge of almost all production processes.
  4. Carry out optimization projects for existing series.
  5. Create specifications.
  6. Create production schedules, including standard time calculations.

 

Requirements:

  • Professional career:  Bachelor's Degree
  • Education: Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelor degree or professional certification with a few (two to three) years of experience in the related field.
  • Language: English, 3 Advanced Level
  • German: (plus)

 

  • Relevant experience: Lean Manufacturing planning in Engineering area, Automotive/food/Textile Industrly, Industral Design/Assembly concepts.
  •  Industry: Automotive

 

  • Technical knowledge: Problem solving tools, Product Integrity, Statistical Tools, Risk Analysis, Customer specific requirements, IATF 16949:2016 Standard, ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018, Lean Manufactuiing, AutoCad, Siemens PLM/TeamCenter.
