Process Engineering

Objective of the position

• Planning and control processes within the Interiors plant for new and existing products; to obtain efficiency in production and deliver products with the quality required by our customers
• Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and creating training concepts

Principal activities

1. Keep product and process specifications as well as test procedures/standards in control
2. Suggest product or process changes to increase system performance and/or to better implement customer requirements.
3. Control test procedures, Standards and equipment, to achieve the desired results, and interpret the results.
4. Make changes, show results and deviations.
5. Create technical certification to use for changes in test procedures and equipment, to support new methods and processes.

Requirements:

• Professional career: Bachelor's Degree

• Education: Mechatronical Eng., Electromechanical Eng. or related
• Language: English, 3 Advanced Level

• Relevant experience: Process Engineer Experience, Automotive Industry
• Technical knowledge: IATF 16949:2016 Standard, ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, SPC, DOE, Pneumatics, Electricity, PLC's Programming, Mechanics, Plastic welding, Knowledge of laser drilling technology, parametrization, ABB Robot Programming, Fanuc Robot Programming.
