Objective of job
- Planning and control processes within the Interiors plant for new and existing products; in order to obtain eficiency in production and deliver products with the quality required by our customers.
- Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and create training concepts.
Principle activities
- Keep product and process specifications as well as test procedures/standards in control.
- Suggest product or process changes in order to increase system performance and/or to better implement customer requirements.
- Control test procedures, Standards and equipment, in order to achieve the desired results, and interpret the results.
- Make changes, show results and deviations.
- Create technical certification to use for changes in test procedures and equipment, in order to support new methods and processes.
Job requirements
- Specialist knowledge: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Mechatronical Eng., Electromechanical Eng. or related
- Language: Ingles 2 Intermediate Level
- Experience: Process Engineer Experience
- Automotive Industry
- Technical Knowledge: Risk Analisis, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, Core Tools, SPC, DOE, Pneumatics, Electricity, PLC's Programming, Mechanics, Plastic welding, Knowledge of laser drilling technology, parametrization, Optimain, ADONIS, Teamcenter PLM
