Process Automation Engineering

Objetive of the position

Produce interiors within the assembly process, complying with the clients requirements following the Draexlmaier quality system.  Install/maintain/repair machinery and/or equipment; maintain buildings and technical systems and manufacture/install equipment

Principal activities

• Keep a daily record of relevant in process log
• It is responsible for the technical training of the operative personnel, based on the training plan with quality coordination and Production Supervisor, to ensure compliance in a timely manner..
• Notify the process and manufacturing engineer of possible corrections and / or modifications necessary for a better understanding of the work instructions.
• Check daily the correct filling of MP, EP and first piece checklist (if applicable) before starting the operation.
• Check that the documentation of each workstation is complete, updated and used properly otherwise request line stop and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Review and completion of process masters and reference samples.
• Perform the assigned LPA's according to the calendar.
• Support the Process Engineer in the realization of MFU's according to the calendar.
• Participate actively in the implementation of improvement ideas.

Requirements:

• Professional career:  Technical High School
• Education: Electronics, Mechatronics, Productivity or Related.
• Language: English (2 Intermediate Level)

• Relevant experience: Industrial Maintenance, Basic knowledge of quality standards in the automotive industry, Manufacturing process (Automation processes)
• Industry: Automotive Industry

• Technical knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, Pneumatics, electronic machines and equipments, PLC
