Objective of the position
Support the Plant Controller Senior with accurate, transparent and up to date information.
Ensure accurate and timely completions of all administrative tasks.
Principal activities
- Support month closing activities according to closing timeline.
- Assist in preparation for the interior factor calculation (Man and Machine) for the Americas along with factor budget vs actual reporting and additional reports to the Management team (e.g. Plant Report) in a Monthly basis.
- Support all plant controlling efforts for the plant including budgeting/ forecasting.
- Maintain Cost Center master data in SAP and in the internal systems that manage the workflow.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation and help to upload it into the internal systems (SAP, Cockpit and TM1).
Requirements:
- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Accounting / Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics
- Language: English, 4 Bussiness Level
- German: (plus)
- Relevant experience: Accounting and Finance, Preferred Manufacturing Industry
- Industry: Automotive
