Objective of the position
. • Coordination in the engineering change execution.
Principal activities
- Coordinate the notification processes/ Release the engineering changes with the engineering changes check list.
- Assigns the ECR number approved for interns engineering changes.
- Determinates hours, organizes and participates in engineering changes meetings.
- When it’s necessary, follow the important dates with the other departments to complete the engineering changes checklist.
- Notifies to the responsible engineer and the right department management when a task could not get accomplished or it has been accomplished badly, getting into an accord with corrective action.
Requirements:
- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree.
- Education: IMA, IME, IM, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering.
- Language: English, 3 Advanced Level.
- Relevant experience: Basic knowledge in functional process or in the products (Thecnics, systems, fabrication process) participating in coordination activities between departments\areas, Put into practice simple task that are executed with instructions or simple regulations and just cover simple department subprocess and /or simple parts of the product, Previous experience in automotive industry, Knowladge in APQP system and organization tools, knowladge and paricipation under IATF 16949 normativa.
- Technical knowledge: Norm IATF 16949, ISO14001/ISO 45001, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, Tech_Know_8, Tech_Know_9, Tech_Know_10.
