Tasks:
- Supervise an extensive / complex department in Logistics
- Responsible for the organization and the management of the Warehouse and control of the goods (using the HOST system and by conducting physical control), assuring that the discrepancies of the materials have been reduced to the minimum, according to the targets determined
- Planning and optimum utilization of the resources in the Warehouse (staff, equipment, goods etc.)
- Optimization and continuous improvement of the plan and the organization of the Warehouse, including the ergonomics (safe work range, manual handling, booking and entry procedures)
- Implementation of the Draexlmaier work procedures and ethics within the team
- Planning the capacity and constant optimization of the IT systems
- Cooperates in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement, implements the actions determined
Profile:
- University degree in the relevant field or comparable education
- 3 year of work experience in a Warehouse accompanied by clear ideas for improvement of the flow and precision of the goods, the realization etc.
- Ability for the understanding and the interpretation of the Logistics processes (JIT processes, Client's Specific Orders)
- FMEA knowledge
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements
- Knowledge of Root-cause analyses tools (Ishikawa, 5Why)
