Tasks:
- Conduct administrative and administerial tasks
- Prepare and maintain documents according to guidelines
- Create evaluations, statistics and reports according to guidelines
- Collect, enter, process and update an entire data pool
- Carry out administrative tasks according to guidelines
- Organize and prepare presentations
Profile:
- Very good English language knowledge / must be fluent in speaking and writing
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and MS Project
- Willingness to learn
- Analytical skills
- Flexibility and team work
