Tasks:
- Responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of physical security and fire protection of the buildings/facilities and the protection of DMM assets/property against loose or damage
- Demonstrate awareness of broad issues and Plant Management trends and evaluates the impact of security policy and procedure changes and adjust accordingly
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing of site specific security plans, security programs, such as Emergency Response, Physical Security, Incident Management and/or Investigation
- Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to Management on security policy and practices
- Proactively assists the organization's Management in identifying and assessing strengths, weakness, opportunities, risks, vulnerabilities and complex threats to security and operations
- Manages the hiring and evaluation of all security staff and organization personnel with security duties
Profile:
- University degree (Military academy, Police academy, Faculty of security)
- 2 years working experience in security and fire protection
- Very good knowledge of English language, German language will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of advanced security and fire inspection procedures
- Conflict Handling Skills
