To ensure the timely availability of materials, components, and supplies required for production and business operations by coordinating procurement activities, managing inventory levels, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining accurate planning data.
Tasks:
- Analyze production plans, forecasts, and customer demand to determine material requirements.
- Create and maintain material requirement plans (MRP).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Review material shortages and take corrective actions to avoid production interruptions.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to align material availability with operational needs.
Profile:
- No working experience required
- English required, written and spoken, German language is advantage
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
