In order to support the Maintenance department at our Plant in Kumanovo, we are searching for Maintenance Supervisor who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement and implement the actions determined
- Support other units in managing large-scale company tasks
- Lead technically and disciplinarily a large department with different complex functions
- Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals
- Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates and take disciplinary actions if necessary
- Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics
Profile:
- Preferably Bachelor degree in Technical Studies
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field
- Knowledge of English language is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage
- IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Knowledge of statistics, preferably knowledge of SAP-C, HOST and ESS applications
- Knowledge of Root-cause analyses (Ishikawa, 5Why)
